Marketing Consent

This text applies when you tick the optional "Keep me informed about offers, news and the newsletter" box on the quote form, or confirm on the newsletter form. The box is not pre-ticked and is never a condition for a quote or our services. How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy Notice. The Turkish version prevails.

A. Consent to commercial electronic messages (Law No. 6563)

Under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, I consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Cevat Tahir Bayındır (Cevat Workshop, Gökdere Vergi Dairesi / 1530839061) about products and services, offers, discounts, new services, events and projects, and the newsletter, to the email address I gave and, if I gave my phone number, by SMS. I know that this consent is not a condition for a quote or for the services, and that I can withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, through the unsubscribe link in every message, the Message Management System (İYS) or info@cevatworkshop.com.

B. Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1)

I have read the Privacy Notice. I consent to Cevat Workshop processing my name, email address and phone number (if given), together with the delivery, open and click data of these messages, for sending the messages above. I know that I can withdraw my consent at any time and that withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.

How it works

Channels: email; SMS if you gave a phone number. No calls.
Email confirmation: we send a confirmation link; without it you receive no newsletter and the sign-up is deleted after 30 days.
İYS: your consent is registered in İYS within 3 business days, where you can also see and withdraw it.
Measurement: a one-pixel image and redirect links measure delivery, opens and clicks (time, link, one-way IP hash, browser). You can block open measurement by turning off images.
Sender: every message names Cevat Tahir Bayındır and Gökdere Vergi Dairesi / 1530839061 as the sender.
Record: date, channel, version of this text and a one-way hash of your IP are kept as proof.

Withdrawing

Any time, free of charge: the "Unsubscribe" link in every message, İYS, or an email to info@cevatworkshop.com. We act on it within 3 business days and report it to İYS. Consent and withdrawal records are kept for 3 years after the consent ends, then erased.

Messages about your quote, order or delivery are not commercial messages and do not depend on this consent.
